A Visit to the 'White House'

Image
So.... Yesterday was a holiday, and two busloads of us from church went to the White House in KL. Well, in Ampang, actually. It's actually the Bishop's house. It is so HUGEEEE!! That's the view from the first floor balcony (I guess you can call it an indoor balcony?) and as you can see, it's really spacious. And there are a LOT of balconies in this house... See that orangey room with white grid on the bottom left? That's the VIP lounge... o.O See who I bumped into here? The Green Lone Ranger... xD We also went into the rooms. And I LOVE the interior. One's light beige, one blue and one green. They're all about the same, and all of them have humongous mirrors installed in the rooms... ^.^ Camwhore time!! With the little sis... ;D Also took a photo with Bisfe a.k.a. Bishop's wife and a cute little kid!! He's soooo cute!! And his eyelashes are about the longest and curliest that I've ever seen on a baby... ^.^ Mirrors...

Breather

Another week of upper six just passed. Been so busy that I could hardly find time to get my lappie out, instead I'm just relying on my smartphone to Facebook 24/7. Thank goodness for smartphones. Phew. Got this bag for school just 2 days before school reopened. Cost me a BOMB. Usually my schoolbag price ranges from RM20 to RM40, but I outdid myself this year. This cost me a hundred bucks. o.O   It had better last me for a lifetime... MATHS!! I guess I'll never be able to get rid of maths. Ever. At least now I still know what's going on. This sem, I'm doing CALCULUS. FYI, calculus was never my fave (well neither were the others, e.g. algebra, statistics etc.) but I actually detested calculus the most during my form 4 and form 5 period... Thought I was rid of the nightmare but then... :( My "I'm-so-fed-up-with-homework" look. Seriously, teachers give homework every single day without fail. I can no longer afford to leave homework till t...

My Bucket List for 2013

Image
#1 Get my studies back on track I have not, repeat not, been doing any work at all in the last holidays. While others have been working their butts off maths and chemistry, I happen to be busy eating or sleeping. Not a very good trait I know, but my bed's just too irresistible. xD #2 DRIVE!! Will you believe it or not, I own a driver's license. Not learner's permit. For six months already. And as far as my driving skills are concerned, I have only one route in my brain. No, make that two. TO church from home, and FROM church to home. That is about all I did for the past half-year. I need to drive more. I mean, what's the use of having a license if I dare not drive at all? :/ #3 Finish reading my Bible I'm gonna continue and finish what I've started last year. Out of the 66 books in the Bible, I should have at least half of them to go. Add oil!! ^.^ #4 Get myself a scholarship to (maybe) NUS, S'pore Why? Because I like idea 'out...

Lots About Christmas

Image
Merry Christmas everybodeyh!! Yeah, I know it's kinda late for that already, but what the heck... xD  Photo taken after the Christmas Eve dinner. All the checkers!! ^.^ Uh-huh. Actually, this year's Christmas was way less happening than the previous years ever since I can remember. Picture this: Christmas Eve dinner, Christmas Service, Christmas Dinner, Christmas After-Dinner. Nothing else. Whee... :D After the Christmas Eve dinner (which ended around 10pm), we stayed up all night just staring out the window till 12 midnight. Usually there would be lots and lots of activities happening till midnight but this year we got to have Christmas in the comfort of our home... :) Look at all our presents!! :D Well, actually half of them belong to my sister. Can you believe it? Hahaha xD Both of us got lots of books for Christmas. My sister got 11 books and I got 19 books. YES, I LOVE THE HARDY BOYS. ;) See? Even eggs love me. ;D ...

Shopping ❤ Christmas

Image
I went to KL to shop shop and shop till I dropped (well actually I ran out of cash). Guess where I went? I went to Petaling Street. Finally got to go there (after so many of my BM teacher's tales)!! And it just HAD to rain when we were there. Soaked to the skin. Shopping spree cut short. What the hey? :/ Saw Ice Watch for RM30 at one lot. Walked further down, RM25. Further on, RM15. Bought the pink and white watch. Walked 5 minutes later, RM13. Seriously, P. Street? Got 2 more, the blue one and another white one for my sis (not in picture). Well honestly, I didn't get to do any decent shopping at all (and by 'decent' I mean running around all the shopping malls in KL spending a minimum of 7 hours in each xD). But I did wind up with a lot of Christmas gifts for (almost) everyone... Hehehe... I am just so tempted to post everything here but then that would ruin the Christmas surprise now, wouldn't it? xD So on the 18th, 19th and 21st, my churc...

Vacationing from Penang to Ipoh

Image
This is gonna be one heck of a looong picture post. xD Well, I've been to the Diocesan Chinese Youth Camp (DCYC) since 7th till 10th of December and then from then onwards I was on vacation no #2 with my family, both also in Penang... ^.^ (That's why this is gonna be a very very long picture post... I'm covering EVERYTHING!! xD) And so my story begins... ;) Look at all those luggage. Haha. I packed altogether 16 shirts (and made a statement on facebook xD) for the DCYC camp and also the extra day, 10 for the camp and 6 for the extra trip. Well, mom didn't exactly like my taking of so many shirts there, so she made me take 2 out. I forgot that we'd be getting a camp shirt too, so I ended up with 15 shirts anyway. xD Just look at the sea. So calming and beautiful. This picture was taken from the balcony of my room. :) I forgot to take a picture of the room. Basically it was a twin-sharing room but there were 3 of us in the room, so it wa...
